We first check the available integrations, access and data quality. The scope identifies what can be connected and any steps that still need a person.
Who will build it?

Is ongoing support included?
The project includes its agreed testing, documentation and handover. Any ongoing support, maintenance, hosting and software costs are discussed separately.
